How Sweet It Is

These are a few of my favorite things, from this week:
Two-hander baby thighs (why yes, our 6-month-old is half as heavy as our almost-5-year-old...) and a clean bill of health from the doctor

Dinner, when Josiah says, "You did a good job cooking supper, Momma!"

Family hikes at Lebanon Hills

Josiah's kung fu

Victor's holding my hand, without my asking

Elliot sleeping from 7:15pm to 5am

Two friends who (after a long, long season of miscarriage and infertility struggles) are expecting first babies!

House hunting (like a date! with potential homes! up North!) ... with all the surprises ... the good, the bad, and the ugly

2 Corinthians 9:8 (And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed) and our church's new ministry vision Fill These Cities

Friends coming to visit

Ah, a very full and sweet week. With all this and many other unstated struggles, challenges, conflicts, perplexities, and joys.
