Home Front: Day 4

Chain link activity: Watch some more of Madagascar (although, as it turned out, we decided to save that for tomorrow and go to the kids' musical at church tonight)

 

Today was another good day of organizing papers, doing math, a shopping outing for garden stakes and a school bin, with a bonus lemonade pick-up for the kids' lunch. They played so happily together this afternoon, which was a delight. (Currently, during her afternoon rest, Jemima is singing at the top of her lungs, "Jesus knows who I am" and knocking on the wall)

Don't be fooled. Nothing is actually planted, and the fence only goes halfway right now. But the staging is fun... And a big thank-you to Walmart delivery for the 40-lb bag of compost delivered to my front step.
